At Ixami, we strive to provide the highest quality supplements and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ixamiltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If your refund is approved but not received within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at ixamiltd@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
